Overview
As Cell Leader, you will own the performance, delivery and continuous improvement of a manufacturing cell within Reckitt’s operations. You’ll lead safety, quality, service, cost and people, while driving 90-day improvement plans and a robust daily management routine. You’ll coach and develop a diverse team, building a high-performing, engaged culture and preparing future leaders. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic transformation to meet current and future targets in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the Operations Cell KPIs and accountability for Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People
- Lead the Daily Management System (DMS), including FIT for the cell and L1/cluster meetings
- Drive the Cell Improvement Plan with a 90-day PDCA cycle of improvement initiatives
- Coach, manage holidays, absence and disciplinary processes; develop all roles within the cell
- Lead performance reviews, represent the cell in site visits, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
Key requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing large manufacturing operations with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Natural leader with a track record of inspiring teams and commitment to safety and quality
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and decisive decision-making
- Working knowledge of production logistics, supply management and contract negotiation
