Your responsibilities
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s strategic objectives. Maintain integrated plans, manage interdependencies, allocate resources effectively, and prioritise initiatives to maximise business impact.
- Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks across the programme. Deliver regular insight-led reporting to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to support effective decision-making.
- Change Management: Embed structured change management practices across transformation initiatives, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, adoption tracking, and close collaboration with HR, stream leads, and business stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions. Facilitate clear communication, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support leadership teams with actionable insights and programme visibility.
- RAID & Interdependencies Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and interdependencies across the transformation portfolio. Ensure ownership, escalation, and resolution pathways are clearly defined.
- PMO Discipline & Execution Excellence: Drive consistent PMO standards, governance cadence, planning discipline, tracking mechanisms, and escalation processes. Act as the central source of truth for programme execution across all workstreams.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance PMO methodologies, tools, templates, and governance processes to improve delivery efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and training on transformation PMO tools, governance, and delivery practices. Promote continuous learning and capability development across teams.
The experience we're looking for
- Essential Requirements: Experience and demonstrated delivery of large-scale, enterprise transformation program/projects with strong PMO discipline. Demonstrate strategic thinking and pragmatic execution‑focused problem-solving skills. Proficiency and/or demonstrate learning capabilities in program/project management platforms in complex environments.
- Experience: 5-8 years in project/program management, specializing in transformation and strategic program initiatives and strong PMO focus. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving organizational change. Experience in enterprise-wide initiatives and collaborating with enterprise teams is highly advantageous. Experience supporting senior stakeholders with structured delivery and insight. Experience driving change management in large-scale transformations, with strong governance, tracking, and stakeholder alignment. Knowledge of Global R&D and Supply is also beneficial. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to translate complexity into clear plans, risks and actions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
