About the role Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is one of R&Ds most significant enterprise transformation programmes, changing how we manage product data, collaborate across functions, and make decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of key projects within the PLM programme, partnering with teams across the business to embed new processes, strengthen data governance and drive adoption.

You will help shape a future-ready capabilitythat will have a lasting impact on how product information is managed and leveraged across Reckitt.
Your responsibilities Lead and coordinate diverse cross-functional teams across R&D, Supply, Regulatory, IT&D and external partners to deliver a global enterprise transformation.
Plan and execute tollgate and checkpoint reviews to confirm readiness, compliance, and adherence to enterprise delivery framework and IT&D policies.
Manage business resources assigned to the project, ensuring effective collaboration, prioritisation and clear accountability.
Build stakeholder alignment through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and timely evidence-based decision-making.
Ensure project execution adheres to Gx P validation, data privacy, and cybersecurity principles throughout delivery, ensuring full traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
Set up and drive weekly operational review forums, capturing minutes, ensuring progress tracking, managing RAID items, and closure of actions.
Publish weekly project status reports to Programme Managers and Senior Leadership, highlighting key progress updates, critical risks, issues, and decisions.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Act as project lead within SAP PLM transformation project bridging business and technical delivery teams.
The experience we're looking for Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably within R&D, IT&D or commercial operations within a regulated environment (e. g.
FDA, EMA).
Understanding of Gx P standards, validation, data integrity principles, with experience working across Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain processes.
Hands-on experience delivering digital, data or system transformation programmes, with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions is desirable.
