Your responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for the manager, coordinating communication with both internal and external clients.
- Organise schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments, as well as arranging travel.
- Oversee correspondence, ensure enquiries are handled aptly and manage information flow with discretion.
- Prepare and assemble reports, presentations, and comprehensive briefs.
- Maintain and refine office filing systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The experience we’re looking for:
- Background in business administration or a closely related field, showcasing your broad skill set.
- Proven experience in a PA, EA, or similar role within a dynamic environment, FMCG industry preferred.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools and a proficiency in English that enables clear, concise communication.
