About the role

As aProduction Operator in our Solid Dose Packing department, we’lldepend on you to keep things running like clockwork. A hands‑on operations role in a GMP pharmaceutical environment, you’llhave your own area of responsibility or part of a packing team but be able to apply your skills anywhere. Our environment is fast‑paced FMCG, clean and as a leading Global company we offer excellent career development opportunities within.

Your responsibilities

  • Learn to operate manufacturing and packing machinery to a high standard.
  • Troubleshoot & understand routine stoppages for machinery in your area.
  • Fully understand all required Quality Checks in compliance with pharmaceutical regulation
  • Be trained to operate our Electronic Quality Software
  • Feel involved in generating ideas to improve line performance.
  • Carry out operations‑based maintenance and lubrication of your machinery to reduce downtime.
  • Operate machinery on solo basis or be part of multi‑skilled packing team.
