About the role
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Working within a GMP-compliant environment, this hands‑on position requires a high level of attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You will be entrusted with a specific area of responsibility whether managing a designated production zone or contributing as part of a collaborative packing team.
Your ability to adapt and apply your operational expertise across various stages of production will be key to maintaining consistency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. We rely on your diligence and technical capability to keep our operations running smoothly, supporting the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical products to patients and customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities
- Learn to operate manufacturing and packing machinery to a high standard.
- Troubleshoot & understand routine stoppages for machinery in your area.
- Fully understand all required Quality Checks in compliance with pharmaceutical regulation
- Be trained to operate our Electronic Quality Software
- Feel involved in generating ideas to improve line performance.
- Carry out operations‑based maintenance and lubrication of your machinery to reduce downtime.
- Operate machinery on solo basis or be part of multi‑skilled packing team
