About the role

As a Sr. Associate – Maintenance & Expansion your expertise in product development, quality control, and operational efficiency will pave the way for groundbreaking consumer goods. Mentor, collaborate, and drive success alongside your team. If you have a proven track record in R & D, an instinct for innovation, and a desire to lead from the front, we\’re looking for you.

Your responsibilities

– Spearhead R & D projects with scientific precision, ensuring compliance and swift progress within interdisciplinary teams.
– Develop success criteria, manage time plans, and oversee rigorous testing, trials, and qualifications.
– Nurture less experienced colleagues, instilling in them the technical skills and knowledge needed for achievement.
– Foster solid internal networks, paving the way for smooth and effective project collaboration.
– Lead your team with keen insight into our operational model, adeptly navigating priorities and resources.

The experience we\’re looking for

– Demonstrable success in R & D or related areas such as Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Supply.
– Strong track record of delivering on collaborative projects with meaningful impact.
– Independent decision-making prowess paired with effective influencing skills to drive project advancement.
– Acute attention to detail with exemplary leadership qualities.
– Proficient in R & D, Quality, and Manufacturing, with a thirst for digital transformation.
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a consistent record of overcoming challenges.
