The Travel Programme Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Global Travel (GT) team, with a strong focus on internal communications and operational support. This role requires a highly proactive, self-driven individual who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the travel programme. It is a Fixed-Term position until December 2027. Team members are required to come to the office only once a week.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the day to day general requests for the Global Travel Inbox. Monitoring bookings made to check bookers are compliant.
- Act as a team member for the Global Travel inbox, managing and responding to travel-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work independently to manage assigned tasks and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and update the travel intranet site (Rubi), ensuring information is accurate, current, and user-friendly.
- Assist in the coordination and management of meetings and events related to the travel programme.
- Create training materials and user guides to support new processes, tools, and adoptions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through problem solving and process optimisation.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support data-driven decision-making.
The experience we're looking for:
- Experience creating training documentation and user materials.
- Background in travel programme management or travel operations (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
