As a Senior Associate, Data Management, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality study data by partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors. You will contribute to study design, oversee critical data management activities, and ensure data integrity and consistency across the study lifecycle.

Working within the Data Analytics and Outsourcing team, you will apply your expertise to improve data quality, drive efficient study execution, and support reliable, evidence-based outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide data management expertise to study teams, including meaningful input into study protocols and design.
  • Lead the review and refinement of electronic data collection tools (eCRFs) to ensure accurate and efficient data capture.
  • Monitor and review study data to identify trends, discrepancies, and outliers, and take appropriate action.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors, providing oversight to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of data management activities.
  • Review vendor processes and documentation (e.g., SOPs) to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure delivery of data management activities within agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Apply data integrity principles (e.g., ALCOA) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Experience in Data Management within clinical research or a regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to contribute independently to study data management activities.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data collection tools (e.g., eCRFs) and study processes.
  • Knowledge of data quality and data integrity principles (e.g., ALCOA).
  • Ability to identify issues, assess impact, and support resolution.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working across functions.
