As a Production Operator, we’ll depend on you to keep things running like clockwork. A hands-on operations role in a GMP pharmaceutical environment, you’ll have your own area of responsibility or be part of a packing team but be able to apply your skills anywhere. Our environment is fast-paced FMCG, clean and as a leading Global company we offer excellent career development opportunities within.
Your responsibilities:
- Learn to operate manufacturing and packing machinery to a high standard.
- Troubleshoot & understand routine stoppages for machinery in your area.
- Fully understand all required Quality Checks in compliance with pharmaceutical regulation.
- Be trained to operate our Electronic Quality Software.
- Feel involved in generating ideas to improve line performance.
- Carry out operations-based maintenance and lubrication of your machinery to reduce downtime.
- Operate machinery on a solo basis or be part of a multi-skilled packing team.
