- Provide day‑to‑day leadership of the cell, ensuring clarity of priorities, strong performance, and a healthy team culture.
- Set high standards for safety, quality, housekeeping (5S), cleaning, and operational excellence, modelling expected behaviours for the team.
- Take accountability for creating a high‑performing, highly engaged team with strong ownership for performance.
- Build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships to support delivery and collaboration inside and outside the cell.
- Deliver critical KPIs across Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Cost, and People metrics.
