In this influential role, you will craft HR strategies that invigorate our organizational culture, uplift our talent management, and accelerate our business objectives across a wide region. As part of the leadership team, you’ll mentor, encourage and enlighten, ensuring the linkage of our HR functions with broader business strategies, and making a profound impact on the future growth of Reckitt.
Your responsibilities
- Partner with the Corporate HQ HR and Workplace, Facility and Real Estate (WFRE) teams as the dedicated HR Business Partner, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and operational support.
- Work closely with senior leaders to shape, influence, and drive business priorities and functional strategy.
- Champion value creation by ensuring the right organisational setup and by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for, supported by a strong and diverse succession pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Finance partner to deliver HR, WFRE CFC objectives and ensure strong financial governance.
- Partner with global HR and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver an exceptional employee experience fostering engagement and consistency.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with local employment regulations, safeguarding Reckitt’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead and support all Employee Relations matters ensuring fair, consistent, and timely case management while coaching leaders on best practice approaches aligned with UK employment law and Reckitt policies.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven track record of successful HR business partnering or CoE role.
- Strong business acumen coupled with an ability to translate business challenges into HR initiatives.
- Rich experience in leading change management, evolving talent, and overseeing HR project management.
