About the role
Reckitt is seeking an inspired HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, utilising their strategic HR expertise to influence our fast-moving environment. The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in enabling business performance and leadership capability across the market. Key areas of accountability include:
- Strategic People Partnership: Provide end‑to‑end HR business partnering and ownership for the Field Sales and Early Careers populations, aligning people plans to commercial strategy, workforce capability, performance management, talent progression, and succession needs.
- Employee Relations: lead and participate in benchmarking and updating market compensation including recommendations to HRD.
- HR project work: that may span EUANZ.

- Strong knowledge of UK labour legislation and employee relations landscape.

- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders on all facets of the employee life cycle.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand the Reckitt business.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related; or experienced deemed equivalent.
- Experience working in a highly commercial business is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end HR generalist activities and ability to work independently as part of a geographically separate team.
