Reckitt’s Due Diligence Lead will support our Responsible Workplace and Environmental Performance programme, focusing on the delivery of improved social, health monitoring corrective action implementation. This will involve proactive engagement with a range of cross-functional stakeholders from our Supply, Human Resources, Procurement and Legal teams, in addition to external stakeholders including peer companies and industry associations.
The successful candidate requires strong analytical skills, influencing ability, exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication capability and resilience to cope with competing priorities among internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:
- Create and lead the Reckitt approach to engage suppliers around Environmental Due Diligence in line with CS3D.
- Engage key suppliers around building environmental capability and enhancing Environmental Due Diligence.
- Oversee the Human Rights Outsourcing Programme conducting site audits to ensure consistent compliance with applicable laws.
