Transformation Roadmap
- End-to-end roadmap outlining phases, milestones, dependencies, risks, measures of success.
- Includes stakeholder map, communication strategy, and change management approach.
- Measuring progress (sentiment, adoption, behavioural indicators).
- Maintaining regular dashboards and updating on insights.
- Organising events internal and external as required by the project deliverables, scheduling regular updates with steerco.
Proven experience in consultancy or HR with a strong analytical background. Ability to solve problems logically and methodically.
