We're looking for a Change Manager to lead the successful adoption of Planisware across our organisation. You'll be at the heart of our transformation - driving behaviour change, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring teams are ready, supported, and confident as we move to a new portfolio and project management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change and adoption workstream for the Planisware rollout.
  • Develop change, engagement, and communication strategies that prepare the organisation for new processes and governance.
  • Map and manage stakeholders across PMO, Finance, Supply, GTO, GBS and IT&D.
  • Create and deliver training materials, user guides, playbooks, and readiness activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and leadership alignment sessions.
  • Ensure Planisware ways of working are embedded into PMO, CAPEX, and Finance governance.
  • Track adoption, readiness metrics, user feedback, and drive continuous improvement post-go-live.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in large-scale change management - ideally within tech, PMO, or operational transformations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Understanding of project, programme, and portfolio management processes.
  • Experience working with system deployments, governance frameworks, or CAPEX/finance processes.
  • Highly organised, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, and confident working across multiple functions.
  • Change/PMO certifications (Prosci, ACMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are beneficial but not essential.
