The purpose of this role is to ensure warehouse suppliers working with Reckitt are providing exemplary service at well managed costs. To oversee and manage the day to day warehouse operations through managing a team of two. It's crucial to maintain strong relationships with our 3PL provider whilst coordinating an internal team to manage any day to day task or possible issues. To drive productivity across Warehouse and Logistics to realise cost savings, supply chain efficiencies and reduce our impact on the environment. To also create a pipeline of projects to continue ensure continued productivity.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overseeing of the entire Warehouse operation and management of the budget.
- Lead a team of two to develop an outperforming team which consistently ensures a high level of service at a well-managed cost.
- Controlling and reducing costs.
- Challenging and improving current practices in cooperation with external and internal partners.
- Monthly responsibility to manage, control and reduce costs across the Logistics and Warehousing and to work with Reckitt Team members to reduce total supply chain cost.
- Budget preparation and management for Warehousing UK&I.
- Ensure all regulatory and quality requirements are met within the Reckitt UK&I supply chain.
- Ensure improving coordination with other parts of Reckitt team (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Finance).
- Ensure a constant pipeline of productivity.
- Coordinate and deliver Logistics and Warehousing projects.

- Strong analytical ability; analyse complex data, identify issues, explain variances and recommend solutions.
