About the role

Reporting to the IT&D Supply Genesis Programme Lead, the IT&D Supply Genesis OCM Lead is responsible for leading organisational change management activities supporting the Genesis AI transformation programme across all of Supply. The role ensures successful adoption of AI-enabled capabilities by driving structured change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives across IT&D and supply stakeholders. The OCM Lead works closely with programme leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to prepare teams for new ways of working enabled by Genesis solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy
    • Develop and execute the organisational change management strategy for Genesis
    • Assess organisational impacts from new AI-enabled solutions
    • Implement structured change frameworks to support adoption
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop programme communication strategies
    • Create leadership communications and user updates
    • Ensure consistent messaging across programme stakeholders
  • Training & Capability Development
    • Design and deliver training programmes for Genesis solutions
    • Develop enablement materials, guides, and learning content
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for users
  • Adoption & Change Tracking
    • Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement
    • Identify barriers to adoption and implement mitigation actions
    • Report change readiness and adoption progress to programme leadership

Required skills

  • Strong experience leading organisational change management in large programmes
  • Experience designing communications and engagement strategies
  • Experience developing training and capability-building programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global organisations
  • Experience supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives

Desirable

  • Experience supporting AI or data transformation programmes
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain transformation
  • Experience applying change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
