Our Warehouse Team Members ensure accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents as well as efficient storage and use of products under a FIFO process. A high attention to detail is required to make sure that stock accuracy and inventory is maintained. A responsible attitude is essential to maintain our high standards of Health & Safety. Team Members are recognised key players in a small team within the Warehouse environment responsible for:

  • Loading and unloading all types of vehicles delivering on site
  • Use of hand scanners to register stock into our systems
  • Sample goods upon receipt and deliver to QC labs
  • Pick and dispense products for production in FIFO order
  • Ensure stock integrity and location accuracy
  • To ensure a high standard of service to production
  • Load finished products
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and timely, accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents
  • Health & Safety responsibilities eg, Near miss reporting
  • Maximising packing line process area efficiencies
  • Effective use of space for storage
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing and Warehousing Practices

Counterbalance license (RTITB) and PPT licence essential. Experience of working within a similar background and/or third party Logistics environment. Knowledge and experience of working in a regulated environment - preferred. Health and safety qualifications preferred but not essential (IOSH, First aid at work). Ability to undertake NVQ based qualifications.
