R&D Stability Assistant responsible for the generation, review and reporting of stability data for Reckitt products, supporting shelf‑life assignments and dossier registrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and report compliant long‑term/pivotal stability studies allocated to the assistant.
  • Collaborate with the Stability Senior Associate to trend data, report findings and contribute to shelf‑life recommendations.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Health Category and Operations teams to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain Health and Safety, Regulatory, Data Integrity and cGMP compliance, including contributing to OOT/OOS investigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Ensure audit readiness and support audits as required.
  • Coach and mentor fellow assistants/apprentices in the Stability Expert team.
  • Escalate and manage risks and issues in conjunction with the Stability Senior Associate.
  • Support related initiatives as part of the wider group management team.
  • Promote an innovative, inclusive culture and ensure processes and policies are followed, visible and transparent.
  • Engage in continuing professional development and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, life‑sciences, pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of laboratory processes, procedures, and stability/product development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with agreed deadlines.
  • Practical scientific orientation with hands‑on experience.
  • Open to change and results‑oriented.
  • Knowledge of regulatory, cGMP and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Proactive, resilient and motivated.
  • Skilled in innovation and problem solving.
