This includes overseeing end-to-end transition activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, and delivering value through standardized, efficient, and scalable solutions.Your responsibilitiesTransition Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage detailed transition plans, timelines, and resource allocationsLead cross-functional teams through transition phases including due diligence, knowledge transfer, stabilization, and handoverIdentify and mitigate risks associated with transitionsStakeholder ManagementEngage with senior stakeholders across business units to align transition goals and expectationsCommunicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant partiesProcess & Performance ManagementEnsure transitioned processes meet agreed service levels and performance metricsDrive continuous improvement and standardization of processes post-transitionChange ManagementSupport change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of workingDevelop and deliver training and communication plans for impacted teamsGovernance & ComplianceEnsure transitions adhere to internal governance frameworks and compliance requirementsMaintain documentation and audit trails for all transition activitiesThe experience we're looking forProven experience in managing transitions within a GBS or shared services environment more than 10 yearsExperience working in a global, matrixed organizationStrong project management experience with a track record of delivering complex transitions on time and within budgetThe skills for successExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plusStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilityHigh emotional intelligence and adaptabilityStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platformsWhat we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
