You will oversee multiple land acquisition deals simultaneously, tracking progress, monitoring key deadlines, and ensuring they reach Heads of Terms efficiently.
You will liaise with landowners, developers, legal teams, and planning consultants to drive transactions forward and resolve contractual, legal, or planning-related issues.
You will ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time while coordinating due diligence processes to meet compliance requirements.
You will identify bottlenecks in the sales progression process, suggest improvements, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
You will collaborate with land agents, surveyors, and planners while providing structured reporting to the Head of Land and senior leadership team.
- 2+ years in sales progression, land acquisition, property development or conveyancing.
