What you will do:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a first-class customer experience and providing regular updates on deal status, key milestones, and potential challenges.
- You will oversee multiple land acquisition deals simultaneously, tracking progress, monitoring key deadlines, and ensuring they reach Heads of Terms efficiently.
- You will liaise with landowners, developers, legal teams, and planning consultants to drive transactions forward and resolve contractual, legal, or planning-related issues.
- You will ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time while coordinating due diligence processes to meet compliance requirements.
- You will identify bottlenecks in the sales progression process, suggest improvements, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
- You will collaborate with land agents, surveyors, and planners while providing structured reporting to the Head of Land and senior leadership team.
What you will need:
- 2+ years in sales progression, land acquisition, property development or conveyancing.
- Ability to manage numerous projects at once and build strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of land and property transactions with great commercial awareness.
- Proactive, good negotiator, excellent communication and a result driven mindset.
