What you will do:
- Build and embed a Product-Led Growth (PLG) framework, using behavioural insights to drive activation, adoption, and retention, while aligning campaigns with business objectives, brand strategy, and OKRs.
- Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across email, social, paid, content, website, and events.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments and use analytics to improve user journeys, reduce friction, and boost conversion across key funnels.
- Own marketing performance dashboards, track KPIs, and provide insights that guide marketing strategy, product development, and commercial outcomes.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small marketing team, fostering data-driven decision making and collaborating across Product, UX, Solutions, Sales, and Brand teams.
What you will need?
- 3+ years experience in marketing, with multi-channel delivery skills.
- Experience in leading creative content, managing juniors/agencies and ensuring constant brand messaging.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, email, social, content, events, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Able to lead a small team, give direction, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- The desire to grow, develop, and progress quickly through the ranks in the company.
- Data-driven and able to use analytics to guide decisions; experience in land/property/built environment is a bonus.
