At Recite Me, we are shaping the future of digital accessibility, and demand for our solutions is growing rapidly. We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Training Delivery Manager to own, lead, and evolve our accessibility training programme at scale, supporting clients to build sustainable accessibility capability across their organisations. This role is accountable for both strategic direction and hands-on delivery, ensuring training drives measurable client outcomes and inclusive commercial impact.

About you:

  • You are an Accessibility Training Delivery Manager with a strong grounding in digital accessibility and a clear belief in inclusion by design.
  • You are confident in explaining accessibility concepts in plain, accessible language, and you excel at helping others understand not just what the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) require, but why they matter and how to apply them in practice.
  • You bring hands-on experience of digital accessibility and understand where barriers commonly arise across websites, applications, and digital products.
  • You are comfortable demonstrating real-world accessibility issues using assistive technologies, and you can translate both automated and manual testing findings into clear, actionable learning outcomes for varied audiences.
  • You stay current with accessibility standards and policy, including WCAG 2.2, emerging developments such as WCAG 3.0, and relevant accessibility legislation internationally including the European Accessibility Act.
  • You use this knowledge to ensure training remains accurate, relevant, engaging and grounded in real-world delivery contexts.

Reporting to the Head of Accessibility, you will work closely with accessibility specialists and consultants to deliver high-quality accessibility training, support client understanding, and reinforce good accessibility practice across client teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, plan, develop and execute our client centred accessibility training strategy, delivering both scalable, repeatable on-demand training and bespoke programmes for designers, developers, content authors, product owners, and leadership teams, with clear commercial focus.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to coordinate, manage, and track client training programmes, including scheduling, attendance, completion, and follow-up activity.
  • Provide clear strategic reporting on the success of training programmes while identifying opportunities for further development.
  • Support the development and maintenance of structured training pathways aligned to client maturity, onboarding stages, and Recite Me services.
  • Innovate and utilise technology to deliver scalable and sustainable training, including the effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Contribute to the creation, refinement and most importantly the accessibility of training materials, ensuring content meets accessibility standards and reflects current best practice.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to support different learning preferences, accessibility needs, and organisational contexts.
  • Use an insights driven approach to continuously improve content quality by using key metrics gathered across multiple touch points to identify what’s working and what’s not.
  • Collaborate with accessibility specialists and consultants to ensure training aligns with real-world accessibility barriers, audit findings, and remediation guidance.
  • Stay up to date with developments in accessibility standards, assistive technology, and inclusive learning practices, feeding insights back into training design.
  • Work with our Recite Me Partnership network to source and manage external training providers for specialist programmes.

Key Activities:

  • Curate a world-class portfolio of training materials that can be delivered via self-service, or as part of a hybrid mix.
  • Coordinate and track client training programmes with our Recite Me Customer Success team.
  • Use learning technologies and LMS platforms to support sustainable training.
  • Translate accessibility standards into practical, role-specific guidance.
  • Continuously improve training through feedback and iteration.

Required Skill & Experience:

  • IAAP certification (e.g. CPACC, WAS, or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
  • Practical experience applying digital accessibility standards in real-world contexts and strong understanding of WCAG and the ability to explain requirements clearly in plain language.
  • Confident in public speaking engagements and facilitating group sessions in a client-facing setting.
  • Confident using assistive technologies to demonstrate accessibility barriers and solutions.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, or structured learning sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Ability to translate accessibility findings into practical, role-specific guidance.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and common accessibility-related issues.
  • Familiarity with accessibility considerations for documents, including Word, PowerPoint, and PDFs.
  • Experience supporting and enabling teams to improve accessibility practice over time, underpinned by market-driven insight into commercial accessibility training, identifying, curating high-impact courses that drive engagement, and owning the scoping, creation, and management of training content and materials.

Benefits:

  • Up to 2 days working from home per week (if office based).
  • 25 days holiday plus.
