We have recently moved to a brand new, fully refurbished 5,400sq-ft workshop that is light, bright, clean and offers a superb, modern working environment for our technicians complete with a separate break-out room.

And if we don’t have it, we’ll get it!
Equipment –You’ll have your own dedicated work laptop and 2 post ramp with ample workspace in a clean, modern workshop with insurance covering your toolbox and tools.
Training– Offering world-class, ongoing training to keep you at the top of your game and to allow you to progress further within your career. Including a host of access anytime online videos via Diagnose Dan TSB, Mechanic Mindset and The DPF Doctor Network.

What are we looking for?
Due to our rapid growth, we are now looking for a new technician to join our growing team. If everything above sounds appealing and you are interested in applying, get in touch!
We are looking for a Technician who will take ownership of their role, and who will use their initiative, experience, and technical knowledge to ensure accurate first-time fixes with a high standard of service and repair workmanship. Being familiar with German brands such as VW/Audi Group, Mercedes & BMW vehicles would be hugely advantageous but is not essential.

- To comprehensively carry out detailed electronic service inspection reports. Doing things how they are expected to be done.
- Utilise and have the willingness to use the latest diagnostic testing equipment, manufacture tooling (Xentry, ICOM & ODIS), and information to deliver accurate, first-time fix diagnostic evaluations.
- Undertake a vast array of repairs to a high quality and in an efficient, timely manner.
- Effectively communicate and liaise with the Front of House Advisors to feedback on technical information and timescales.
- Work directly with the business owner.
- Enter Top Garage and Top Technician competitions.
Does this sound like you?
You must have previous experience working in a vehicle workshop and have relevant motor vehicle technician qualifications to apply for this position.
You must have your own foundational tools and toolbox (We’ll provide the Special tools).
We are looking for someone who can slot into our small but experienced team, that enjoys all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance working on predominantly German-branded vehicles.
Work will vary daily and you must be as comfortable servicing and replacing timing belts as you are rebuilding the occasional engine and diagnosing electrical faults.
It is desirable that you have a passion to learn and further your technical knowledge as training will be available to help you on this journey, utilising some of the best training providers in the country.
You will be able to produce high-quality workmanship under pressure and demonstrate a natural ability to communicate well and support your peers at all times.
The Terms and Conditions:
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. NO weekends!
