They want a professional, friendly and driven individual to help assist their Business team, working closely with clients, managing relationships and ensuring all work delivered is of the highest standard.
What does the Part Time Bookkeeper's role involve:
- Handling Bookkeeping for a variety of clients
- Processing sales and purchase invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Bank reconciliations and maintaining ledgers
- Processing and handling VAT returns
- Use of Sage and Xero to update records accordingly
- Supporting clients with day-to-day financial queries
- Assisting with payroll processing and CIS returns
- Assisting and preparing basic management reports and financial summaries
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and HMRC regulations
What we're looking for as the Part Time Bookkeeper:
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience. Our client is open
- Strong working knowledge of Xero, Sage, and Microsoft Excel would be ideal
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to manage your own workload
