Due to continued growth, RECfinancial are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join our own team on a permanent part time basis. Based in Potters Marston, we\’re accessible from Sapcote, Stoney Stanton, Earl Shilton, Narborough, Enderby, Blaby and Leicester etc. If you\’re looking to join a forward thinking, friendly and professional organisation, built on true values, then now is the perfect time. As a business, we\’re looking for someone ideally over 3/4 days, 20 – 30 hours. We\’re also happy to consider school hours over 5 days. As the Office Manager, you\’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the recruitment team, ensuring the day-to-day tasks and processes run smoothly, whilst offering an excellent levels of service to both clients and candidates. Your main responsibilities will include; Office Manager Operations of the recruitment office Managing staff holiday diary Expenses Ad hoc dutiesAdmin Support Creating and auditing Business terms Ensure all recruitment paperwork is up to date Assisting with the auditing of the databasePayroll & Accounts Handle all time sheets Provide support with payroll Process and reconcile invoices Bank Payments Intermediary reporting On-boarding Assistance Support the process for new staff members Control HR documentation, employee handbook etcCompliance Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policy and legal requirements Compliance checks for temporary and permanent staff Maintain up-to-date candidate informationMarketing Support marketing projects via various platformsDirector Support Agenda preparation for the monthly board meetings Calendar management Project support / event planningIn return, we offer the following benefits; £28000 – £32000 FTE 25 days stat birthday FTE Pension \’Never miss a thing\’ Fabulous rural working location Parking As an individual, you\’ll possess current experience of working within a busy office environment, be educated to GCSE level including Maths and English.
