Financial are currently shortlisting exclusively for a manufacturing business based in Leicester, as it looks to recruit an Office Administrator for a full-time permanent position. The business has a very friendly but professional environment on site where all staff work towards a common goal of business success.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting various departments providing general administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, data entry, handling mail, booking accommodation and assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone to develop and grow into the role and take on more responsibilities over time.

What does the Office Administrator role involve?

  • Manage office supplies, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate, and oversee installation works to ensure efficient completion.
  • Monitor timesheets and timekeeper systems to ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Arrange transport and accommodation as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for various projects.
  • Generate shipping and dispatch confirmations.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes as requested.
