RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for a well-established manufacturing business in Lutterworth. With decades of success behind them, they ve built a reputation not only for their expertise but also for the way they value their people. Now, they re looking for a Management Accountant who can bring energy, initiative, and a passion for doing things the right way. You\’ll report into an experienced and passionate FD who\’ll help you grow as an individual and add to your Accounts knowledge.
This isn t a role where you ll be stuck in one corner of finance you ll get hands-on with a wide range of responsibilities and play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly.
You may already be a Management Accountant or an Assistant Management Accountant looking for a new challenge.
What you ll be doing:

Producing accurate monthly management accounts, complete with P&L and variance analysis

Supporting year-end reporting and working closely with auditors

Managing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments
-
Handling international sales invoicing, credit control, and supplier schedules

Maintaining stock records and ensuring accuracy

Preparing and submitting VAT returns and royalty reports

Overseeing intercompany reconciliations and month-end settlements
-
Daily bank reconciliations and cash management

Stepping in to support colleagues during holidays and absences true teamwork!
What we re looking for:

AAT qualified or QBE (experience counts!)

Experience working in a multi-currency environment would be a plus

Organised, methodical and detail-focused you ll spot the things others miss

A self-starter who can manage their own workload but also thrives in a team

Confident communicator with colleagues at every level

Strong systems knowledge Excel etc
