RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this East Leicestershire based growing Practice as they look to hire an experienced Private Tax Manager to their team.This is a key appointment to their business which will see you immersed in the heart of the business, working very closely with your own portfolio of clients. The role is commutable from Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. You may be currently be an Assistant Manager looking for a new opportunity or a Manager looking for a new role with additional benefits and personal growth. So What's The Role of Private Tax ManagerWe’re looking for an experienced tax professional to take a leading role in managing client relationships, developing a talented team and driving the continued growth of the business. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring work is delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and within budget. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll build strong relationships and provide proactive, commercially focused advice, helping clients navigate a range of complex tax matters. Your technical expertise will cover inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, income tax, allowances and incorporation work. You’ll be confident tackling complex client issues, identifying practical solutions and ensuring clients receive the right advice at the right time. Alongside client delivery, you’ll play an important role in developing the team through regular feedback, coaching and clear development plans. Working closely with directors and managers, you’ll support resource planning, share technical knowledge and help ensure the smooth delivery of client work. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business growth by building your network, developing referral relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services to existing clients. About You as the Private Tax ManagerYou’ll be an ATT, CTA or equivalently qualified tax professional with strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing and developing a team. You’ll combine a hands-on approach to client work with the ability to lead others, build lasting relationships and deliver a high level of service. Commercially aware and confident in your communication, you’ll understand the importance of developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the wider success of the business. You’ll also bring excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a commitment to keeping your technical knowledge up to date. Above all, you’ll be someone who enjoys taking responsibility, supporting others to reach their potential and delivering the kind of service that keeps clients coming back.
