RECfinancial are partnering with a growing and fast-paced business to recruit a Management Accountant based in Leicester on a fixed-term contract through to December 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to take ownership of a key area of the business.
The role is commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Hinckley, Lutterworth, Market Harborough and surrounding areas.
The position will involve ownership of the monthly management accounts and close process for your area, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, allocations and variance analysis.
You will also support budgeting and forecasting.
A key part of the role will be business partnering, working closely with the senior stakeholders.
You will provide meaningful financial insight to support decision-making, while also improving processes, strengthening internal controls and supporting annual audit requirements.
This role will suit a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), or close to qualification.
Strong management accounting experience, Excel skills and a good commercial understanding are essential.
The role offers hybrid working, and the salary is £47,000 – £53,000 depending on experience, alongside 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
