RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this well-rounded Leicester based Practice as they look to recruit a Tax Senior professional with strong advisory capability, specifically within Corporate Tax.
While a background in personal tax is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is delivering high-quality corporate tax advisory services to a diverse client base.
This multi site Practice has an excellent reputation within the market place with a solid, growing client base.
What is the role of the Tax Senior?
- Lead and support on business and share reorganisations, including incorporations
- Provide restructuring advice and develop tax-efficient strategies aligned to client objectives
- Advise on share-related matters, including share rights, purchase of own shares, and ownership structures (including EMI schemes)
- Deliver SPA advisory work, including accounting input and tax due diligence
- Prepare and manage HMRC clearance applications
- Support clients with exit strategies, including Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) planning
- Advise on structuring businesses for growth, scalability, and risk mitigation
- Share valuation experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Corporate tax compliance and reporting
- Business tax advisory support across a varied portfolio
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
- Residence and domicile advisory
- Trust and estate administration
