RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this Coventry based Practice as they look to add a Semi Senior to their current Accounts team.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience within Practice.
What does the Semi Senior role look like?
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Advising and resolving queries for a portfolio of clients in a timely manner.
- Client facing and project delivery.
- Work alongside Juniors and Partners, focusing and supporting with year end, FRS 102 and FRS 105.
- Prepare management accounts, submit VAT returns, etc.
- Working with a high‑calibre and highly professional client base.
- Deliver an excellent level of service, managing and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications
- AAT / ACA / ACCA part/qualified or QBE (Our client is open to all candidates)
- Practice experience, 2 years.
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to exceed client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with confidence to help promote the business.
- Focused on self‑development.
- Enjoys coming to work and being part of an energetic team.
- Passion to drive the business forward.
- Solid systems knowledge such as Sage/Xero/Iris would be ideal but not essential; training will be given.
