We are looking for a new Senior Link-Building Outreach Specialist to join our award‑winning team. This can be either a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) or fully remote depending on the successful client’s location.
About the Role
Are you a passionate outreach expert with a knack for building relationships, generating industry‑leading coverage, and producing link‑worthy content? In this role you will play a pivotal part in our Off‑Page SEO team, spearheading outreach campaigns, creating compelling content that earns links, and securing high‑quality backlinks for clients across iGaming. You will leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities, craft compelling pitches and content pieces, and nurture relationships with key contacts. As a Senior Specialist, you will also guide and support fellow team members, fostering their growth and development.

Job Requirements
Essential Skills- At least 1–2 years’ experience within SEO or digital marketing, particularly in outreach link‑building.
- Line management experience.
- A knack for crafting compelling and persuasive written communication.
- Proficiency in using outreach tools (e.g. BuzzStream).
- Strong research, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to establish and track measurable goals.
- Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and outreach optimisation.
- Experience in digital PR campaigns.
- Experience in SEO or content optimisation.
- Previous agency experience or ability to present and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Become an Outreach Guru: Conduct in‑depth research to discover relevant publications and websites aligned with client needs.
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns to secure placements across a variety of media outlets and locations.
- Utilise your negotiation skills to secure placements within budget parameters.
- Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising strategies for maximum success.
- Develop targeted content that meets publisher editorial standards and is purposefully designed to strengthen the quality and relevance of links acquired on behalf of clients.
- Lead And Empower Your Teammates: Provide ongoing guidance and support to your direct reports, helping them achieve their weekly and monthly goals.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings and setting SMART goals for development.
- Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team members reach their full potential.
- Champion open communication and keep the Outreach Manager informed of progress and any roadblocks.
