We're the team iGaming operators turn to when growth matters most — and we're growing fast ourselves. At Receptional, you'll find colleagues who are bright, ambitious, and genuinely supportive. Specialists who do their best work together, sharing ideas, moving fast, and holding themselves to a high bar. Whether you're starting out or stepping up, you'll get genuine investment in your development through our internal academy, real variety in your work, and a direct impact on some of the biggest names in the industry. Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a team that has your back.

Digital PR and link‑building are two sides of the same coin — and this role sits squarely at the intersection of both. As a Digital PR and Outreach Executive at Receptional you'll be supporting campaign delivery across a portfolio of iGaming clients: researching targets, building media lists, crafting outreach, contributing to PR campaign ideation, and helping secure the kind of coverage and links that genuinely move SEO performance. It's an entry‑level role with real variety — no two days look the same — and you'll be working alongside experienced outreach and PR specialists who will invest in your development from day one. If you're curious, proactive, and want to learn the craft properly, this is a strong place to start.

What You'll Be Doing

  • This is a varied entry‑level role that spans both link‑building outreach and digital PR campaign support.
  • You'll be working across the off‑page SEO team, contributing to client campaigns where earned coverage and high‑quality links are the measure of success.
  • The work is research‑heavy, detail‑oriented, and fast‑paced — and you'll be expected to bring fresh thinking and genuine curiosity to everything you work on.

In Practice, That Looks Like

  • Researching and identifying relevant publications, websites, and webmasters aligned to client needs and campaign goals.
  • Supporting the development and execution of outreach campaigns to secure high‑quality placements across a range of media outlets and niches.
  • Building and maintaining contact lists using BuzzStream and Hunter — kept accurate and up to date.
  • Crafting compelling outreach emails and follow‑up sequences that drive open rates and secure responses.
  • Contributing to the research and ideation process for digital PR campaigns — data‑led stories, reactive PR angles, expert commentary opportunities.
  • Building targeted media lists covering relevant journalists, editors, and publications across iGaming and adjacent sectors.
  • Supporting the drafting and proofing of pitches, press releases, and campaign briefs.
  • Developing targeted content assets designed to secure placements — written to editorial standard, built around what publishers actually want.
  • Accurately tracking and logging outreach activity, live links, and earned coverage across client trackers.
  • Contributing to agency marketing initiatives — brainstorms, newsletters, blog posts, and case study development.

What We're Looking For

  • You’ll need to be a strong researcher and a clear writer — someone who can craft an outreach email that actually gets opened, build a media list with genuine precision, and spot a reactive PR angle before it passes.
  • This is an entry‑level role but it moves fast, so the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without the detail slipping is just as important as the creative side.
  • You don't need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset: curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in how digital PR and link‑building work together.

Essential

  • Strong written communication skills — you produce clear, compelling, well‑researched copy.
  • Excellent research and organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • A genuine interest in both media relations and the mechanics of link‑building, and a basic understanding of why both matter for SEO.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets — Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and approaches.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support research, writing, and outreach workflows.

Desirable

  • Some experience in outreach, digital PR, content marketing, journalism, or a related discipline — internships and university projects count.
  • Familiarity with outreach or CRM tools such as BuzzStream, Hunter, or Muckrack.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • An interest in or knowledge of the iGaming sector — we'll get you up to speed if not.

How You'll Be Measured

  • Outreach activity volume and quality, accuracy and timeliness of link and coverage tracking, contribution to link diversity targets each month, content quality and output against agreed timelines, deadline adherence, and active contribution to PR campaign ideation sessions.

The Package

  • £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid Position 3 days in office / 2 days working from home.

Your Growth, Supported

  • Defined career pathways, personal development plans, and regular appraisals so you always know where you stand and what's next.
  • Team training budgets, a Training Academy, an AI‑powered learning platform, and a genuine commitment to promoting from within.

Pay and Rewards That Reflect Your Work

  • Competitive salaries benchmarked annually, a company bonus paid twice a year, enhanced pension contributions as your career develops, a Long‑Term Incentive Plan, and generous referral bonuses.

Your Contribution, Recognised

  • Monthly MVP Award (£100), Values Champion recognition (£25 plus a prize wheel spin up to £100), and an annual Player of the Season award (up to £250).
  • Weekly shout‑outs and appreciation from colleagues and managers are just part of how we work.

Health and Wellbeing

  • Free annual health checks, flu jabs, and eye tests.
  • Access to mental health first aiders, confidential counselling sessions, a cycle‑to‑work scheme, and five paid sick days on top of SSP.

Time That's Yours

  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 with tenure, your birthday off, flexible working hours, hybrid and remote options, two weeks working abroad.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and work that fits around your life, not the other way around.

A Team Worth Being Part Of

  • Regular Lunch 'n' Learns, quarterly off‑sites, monthly socials, two paid volunteering days, an annual charity partnership chosen by the team, and an AI Taskforce putting innovation in everyone's hands.
