We're the team iGaming operators turn to when growth matters most — and we're growing fast ourselves. At Receptional, you'll find colleagues who are bright, ambitious, and genuinely supportive. Specialists who do their best work together, sharing ideas, moving fast, and holding themselves to a high bar. Whether you're starting out or stepping up, you'll get genuine investment in your development through our internal academy, real variety in your work, and a direct impact on some of the biggest names in the industry. Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a team that has your back.

Client relationships in iGaming move fast. Operators are commercially demanding, the landscape shifts constantly, and clients expect an account manager who's already thinking about their next challenge before they've raised it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning seamless delivery across your client portfolio — on brief, on budget, on time — and holding the standard across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and PR teams.
  • Building deep, trusted relationships with clients — immersing yourself in their goals, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Leading meaningful, commercially focused client conversations that uncover growth opportunities and strengthen stakeholder trust.
  • Identifying and progressing upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities in collaboration with your Senior Account Manager.
  • Owning Statements of Work, delivery timelines, and risk management — escalating early, resolving fast.
  • Developing strategy sessions, key account plans, and performance reviews that position Receptional as the agency that truly gets iGaming.
  • Leading onboarding for new clients alongside the Senior Account Manager and service leads — setting the tone from day one.
  • Using AI and automation to keep client services processes sharp, freeing your time for what really matters: the relationships.

What We're Looking For

You’ll need to be a natural relationship builder with genuine commercial instincts — someone who sees an opportunity in every client conversation and follows through on it. Account management in a specialist iGaming agency isn't just about keeping clients happy; it's about understanding their business well enough to challenge their thinking, anticipate their needs, and position Receptional as an indispensable part of their growth. That takes confidence, curiosity, and the kind of proactive mindset that doesn't wait to be asked.

Essential

  • Proven experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing environment — agency-side strongly preferred.
  • Confident, consultative communicator with a track record of building strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Broad knowledge across core digital channels — SEO, PPC, Content, and PR — and how they work together.
  • Sharp commercial instincts: you spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities naturally and know how to bring them to life.
  • Working knowledge of AI platforms and how they're shaping digital marketing workflows.
  • Highly organised — you manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders without things slipping.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you don't wait to be asked, you bring ideas and make things happen.

Desirable

  • iGaming or regulated‑sector experience — we'll get you up to speed if not.
  • Experience developing proposals, opportunity documents, or account growth plans.
  • Familiarity with integrated campaign delivery across multiple specialist teams.

How You'll Be Measured

Client retention and renewal rates, NPS and qualitative feedback across your portfolio, revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell activity, accuracy of revenue forecasting, and whether risks land on the table early — never as a surprise.

The Package

£32,000 - £42,000 depending on experience. Hybrid Position (3 days in office / 2 days working from home).

Your Growth, Supported

Defined career pathways, personal development plans, and regular appraisals so you always know where you stand and what's next. Team training budgets, a Training Academy, an AI-powered learning platform, and a genuine commitment to promoting from within.

Pay and Rewards That Reflect Your Work

Competitive salaries benchmarked annually, a company bonus paid twice a year, enhanced pension contributions as your career develops, a Long‑Term Incentive Plan, and generous referral bonuses.

Your Contribution, Recognised

Monthly MVP Award (£100), Values Champion recognition (£25 plus a prize wheel spin up to £100), and an annual Player of the Season award (up to £250). Weekly shout‑outs and appreciation from colleagues and managers are just part of how we work.

Health and Wellbeing

Free annual health checks, flu jabs, and eye tests. Access to mental health first aiders, confidential counselling sessions, a cycle‑to‑work scheme, and five paid sick days on top of SSP.

Time That's Yours

25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 with tenure, your birthday off, flexible working hours, hybrid and remote options, and two weeks working abroad. Enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and work that fits around your life, not the other way around.

A Team Worth Being Part Of

Regular Lunch 'n' Learns, quarterly off‑sites, monthly socials, two paid volunteering days, an annual charity partnership chosen by the team, and an AI Taskforce putting innovation in everyone's hands. We're building something together — and that should feel like it.
