We're the team iGaming operators turn to when growth matters most — and we're growing fast ourselves. At Receptional, you'll find colleagues who are bright, ambitious, and genuinely supportive. Specialists who do their best work together, sharing ideas, moving fast, and holding themselves to a high bar. Whether you're starting out or stepping up, you'll get genuine investment in your development through our internal academy, real variety in your work, and a direct impact on some of the biggest names in the industry. Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a team that has your back.
Client services in iGaming moves fast and the expectations are high. As a Senior Account Executive at Receptional you'll be stepping up from pure support work into genuine account ownership — running day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of iGaming clients, building direct relationships with client contacts, and starting to take real responsibility for the accounts you work on. You'll be sitting alongside a Senior Account Manager on some of our largest clients, developing your commercial awareness, your understanding of the iGaming sector, and the client management skills that underpin a long-term career in account leadership. It's a role with clear progression, real variety, and a team that will invest in your development from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the seamless day-to-day running of iGaming client accounts — keeping everything on track and nothing falling through the gaps.
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal service teams so everyone is always aligned on what's being delivered and when.
- Running account administration effectively — status reports, action logs, Monday.com boards, and project plans kept accurate and up to date.
- Beginning to take direct ownership of Statements of Work, delivery timelines, and risks for a portion of your accounts — escalating early, resolving fast.
- Building genuine understanding of each client's business, objectives, and campaign targets — knowing their world, not just their briefs.
- Starting to build direct, trusted relationships with key client contacts in your own right.
- Flagging upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the account lead when you spot them through day-to-day work.
- Developing your awareness of iGaming advertising regulations and responsible gambling requirements.
- Using AI tools to keep client services processes sharp and free your time for what really matters: the relationships.
- Contributing to strategy sessions, key account plans, and performance reviews with guidance from your Senior Account Manager.
What We're Looking For
You'll need to be organised, commercially curious, and genuinely confident in client-facing situations — someone who takes ownership naturally and doesn't wait to be asked. This role sits between the Account Executive and Account Manager levels, so you'll need to have the fundamentals of client services support already in place and be ready to start building on them. The iGaming sector adds complexity, but curiosity about how it works will take you a long way.
Essential
- Proven experience supporting client account delivery in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- A confident, natural communicator — you're building towards leading client conversations independently.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail — status reports, action logs, and deadlines never slip on your watch.
- Comfortable working with data and project management tools including Monday.com.
- Self-motivated and proactive — you spot what needs doing and do it.
- Working knowledge of AI platforms and how they're shaping digital marketing workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Desirable
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role, agency-side preferred.
- Awareness of the iGaming industry — operators, affiliates, or the regulatory landscape.
- Early experience leading small client conversations or workstreams independently.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms.
How you'll be measured
- Status reports and action logs delivered accurately and on time, every time.
- Client accounts running in green health — no missed deadlines or unresolved risks.
- Risks flagged early — never a surprise.
- Clients hear from us before they have to ask.
- Growing evidence of direct client ownership through positive feedback from clients and your Senior Account Manager.
The Package
£29,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. Hybrid Position (3 days in office, 2 days working from home).
