We're the team iGaming operators turn to when growth matters most — and we're growing fast ourselves. At Receptional, you'll find colleagues who are bright, ambitious, and genuinely supportive. Specialists who do their best work together, sharing ideas, moving fast, and holding themselves to a high bar. Whether you're starting out or stepping up, you'll get genuine investment in your development through our internal academy, real variety in your work, and a direct impact on some of the biggest names in the industry. Competitive benefits, flexible working, and a team that has your back.
Client services in iGaming moves fast and the detail is everything. Our promise to clients is simple: they hear from us before they ask, get insights they didn't request, and always have the metrics that matter. The Account Executive is the person who helps keep that promise — supporting the Client Services team to run accounts seamlessly, build genuine relationships, and spot where Receptional can do more. It's an entry-level role with real client exposure from day one, working alongside experienced Account Managers on some of the biggest names in sports betting, casino, and online gaming. If you're a natural relationship builder who wants to learn the business of digital marketing properly, this is the right place to start.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the seamless running of client accounts — status reports, action logs, project plans, and Monday boards kept accurate and up to date.
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams so everyone is always aligned on what's being delivered.
- Managing your own projects and clients where appropriate, with oversight and support from your Account Manager.
- Flagging and escalating risks early — never sitting on them.
- Building a genuine understanding of each client's business, goals, and pain points — and making sure our reporting reflects what actually matters to them.
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients so the relationship starts the right way.
- Staying close to client context and industry developments to spot growth opportunities.
- Using AI and automation to keep client services processes efficient — freeing your time for what really matters: the relationships.
What We're Looking For
You’ll need to be a natural communicator who takes the detail seriously. Client services at this level is about building trust — with clients and with the colleagues you’re working alongside — and that takes someone who follows through, stays organised, and brings genuine curiosity to every account they touch. You don't need years of experience, but you do need the right mindset: proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to learn fast.
Essential:
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and how it works across channels — SEO, Paid Media, Content, and PR.
- A confident, natural communicator — you build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike.
- Working knowledge of AI platforms and how they're shaping digital marketing workflows — Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail — status reports, action logs, and deadlines never slip on your watch.
- An innovative, curious mindset — you notice the things others miss and you're always asking why.
Desirable:
- Some experience in a client-facing or account support role — agency-side preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
- An understanding of the iGaming sector — we’ll get you up to speed if not.
How you'll know you're winning
- Clients hear from us before they have to ask.
- Status reports and actions land on time, every time.
- Risks are flagged early — never a surprise.
- Your accounts are in green health, and they stay there.
