We are looking for a new Link‑Building Outreach Specialist to join our award‑winning team. This can be either a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) or fully remote depending on the successful client’s location.

About The Role

The Outreach Specialist plays a key role within the Off‑Page SEO team, delivering strategic link‑building activity and content that supports client SEO objectives. The role involves developing and executing outreach campaigns, producing high‑quality content for link acquisition, securing placements, and managing relationships with publishers and webmasters across various industries, with a particular focus on the iGaming sector. The role also involves taking ownership of client accounts, reporting on performance, and contributing to strategic planning. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for mentoring junior team members, supporting their development, and contributing to the agency’s broader marketing and growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year’s experience within off‑page SEO (link building).
  • A knack for crafting compelling and persuasive outreach communication.
  • Proficiency in using outreach/SEO tools such as BuzzStream or Ahrefs.
  • A data‑driven mindset with the ability to establish and track measurable goals.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Previous agency experience and ability to present and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content production and outreach (a plus).

Desirable Skills

  • Some experience in digital PR campaigns.
  • Some experience in SEO or content optimisation.

Job Responsibilities

Become an Outreach Guru

  • Conduct in‑depth research to develop and deliver ongoing strategic link‑building plans that maximise ROI.
  • Source relevant publications and websites aligned with client needs.
  • Contribute to and develop strategic outreach campaigns to secure placements across a variety of outlets and locations.
  • Use negotiation skills to secure placements within agreed parameters.
  • Develop targeted content that meets publisher editorial standards and is purposefully designed to strengthen the quality and relevance of links acquired on behalf of clients.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising strategies for maximum success.

Lead and Empower Your Teammates

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to your direct report, helping them achieve their weekly and monthly goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, conducting regular one‑on‑one meetings and setting SMART goals for development.
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help your team member reach their full potential.
  • Champion open communication and keep other team members informed of progress and any roadblocks.

Be An Account Lead & Client Champion

  • Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring delivery of outreach and content objectives within the designated timeframe.
  • Partner with Client Services to understand client requirements.
  • Provide transparent updates throughout the month, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential challenges.
  • Analyse link metrics and ensure placements and content meet client needs, proactively communicating every step of the way.
  • Actively participate in both team and client meetings, presenting insights, demonstrating your expertise, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Involvement in strategy sessions and key account management planning sessions for allocated clients, understanding and contributing to outreach and content strategies and opportunities.
  • Contribute time each month to any assigned agency marketing plan and growth team activities such as newsletters, blog posts, and client development plans.
