An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Venue Host Team as Reception Supervisor, working 40 hours over 5 days (any 5/7).
What we’re looking for…
- A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
- Work under the The Front of House Manager to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
- To participate in on and off the job training for yourself and new team members.
- Supervise from the front – adhere to and reinforce all standards, policies, and procedures.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required, ensuring operational oversight, guest satisfaction, and staff coordination during these shifts.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
