About Meliá London Kensington: Meliá is a member of Meliá Collection, an elegant boutique hotel accompanied by the most exquisite service and a refined air. Salary package: £16630 plus service charge, hotel discounts, health cash back plan, meals on duty, pension scheme, loyalty rewards and referral bonuses, and many more.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests receive warm, memorable, and personalised assistance during the night hours of duty.
- Set the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned.
- Complete tasks accurately and within given deadlines.
- Be responsible for making sure that the hotel remains secure throughout the night while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
- Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently and find suitable solutions to any problem that may arise, communicating issues immediately to Management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Love interacting with people.
- Understand the impact of their job on the overall guest experience, safety, and security of the hotel operation.
