We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized and customer-focused individual to join our front of house team as a Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations of guests
  • Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth and seamless check in/out procedure, including processing of bills
  • Manage and amend room reservations
  • Restaurant bookings
  • Reception admin duties
  • Respond and deal with guest requests and enquiries via email, phone and face to face
  • Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling cash and card transactions and balancing of reception tills

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, with at least 2 years preferred, although full training will be provided
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service in every interaction
