What you will be doing:
- Meet & greet all guests and be their first interaction with the hotel
- Check guests in and out, according to company standards and procedures
- Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date reports.
- Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, debit, or credit cards.
- Sell a room/accommodation to a guest, without a reservation, based on availability
- Process requests for wake-up calls and advise guests of any messages.
- Confidently deal with guest queries and complaints
What we are looking for:
- Essential that you have hospitality and/or customer service experience
- A warm and genuine individual who enjoys putting people first
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Previous experience of IT applications
- Someone who wants to grow and develop within the company
