About Meliá White House: Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from iconic shopping streets, and close to several underground stations.
Responsibilities:
- Be fully aware of all Reception/Cashier procedures and manual procedures in case of computer crash, having OPERA knowledge.
- Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift to ensure maximum cover on the desk at all times, ensuring all meal breaks are taken.
- Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIPs and groups are addressed with guidance from the Reception Management team.
- Ensure that the hotel’s credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.
- Assist the Reception Management team in implementing new procedures and coordinating training.
- Ensure that all guests are met at Reception with courtesy and that any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently with guidance from the Reception Management team.
