An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Duty Manager to be part of the Team at Criterion Hospitality. As Guest Service Manager you will:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in successfully administering and executing all front office operations daily.
  • Showcase excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Be responsible for proactive lobby management as well as a consistent, passionate approach to exceptional customer service.

Four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Guest Service Manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Guest Service Manager or similar role in a hotel.
  • Excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations.
  • A hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members.
  • Excellent man management skills, confidence, presence, a passion for service delivery, and enjoyment of working in a busy environment.
  • A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and being hands-on where needed with your team.
