The property features 194 rooms and 43 suites, including the Pan Pacific Suite, with the SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing on the wellbeing floor, an infinity pool, a high-performance gym and spa treatments. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Front Desk Supervisor to join the Reception team. You bring confidence, empathy and professionalism to every interaction, with calmness under pressure and a commitment to excellence. As a Front Desk Supervisor in the Reception department, you will help deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be an ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise, coach and develop the team, including managing performance as needed.
  • Exercise good judgment and act with autonomy when addressing guest issues.
  • Act with integrity when handling confidential information or situations involving guests or the company.
  • Avoid conflicts by anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile.
  • Serve as the first point of contact to deliver a memorable guest experience.
