As a Duty Manager, you will ensure to deliver warm, gracious, individual service to every guest following the St. Ermin’s guidelines and procedures as well as the Marriott standards. Embracing and displaying the St Ermin’s culture of Fun, Love and Energy.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for the overall smooth running of the operations.
- Responsible for managing and developing the Reception and Switchboard team members.
- Drive the team to achieve KPIs set for the department.
- Be the first point of contact for guest feedback and complaints and work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure guests receive seamless service throughout their stay.
- Have knowledge about the local area and the hotel’s unique history.
- Duty Manager is expected to carry out any reasonable requests given by the management.
- Be flexible regarding work schedule, able to work at nights and cover any other areas such as Switchboard, Reception and Concierge.
- To be familiar with the hotel’s Fire Procedures, Health & Safety Policy and Procedures, facilities and outlets, operation standards and departmental procedures.
You will have to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for the role.
