We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Night Front Desk Agent to become a valued member of our outstanding Reception team at Pan Pacific London. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. As a Night Front Desk Agent in our Reception team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Working as the Night Front Desk Agent, you will ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As being the first and last impression of the Hotel, you will be required to assist the guests throughout the late night / early mornings when needed and gather all relevant information that is crucial for their smooth and relaxing stay with us. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests according to our standards.
- Upon check in, register the guest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible.
- Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
- Keep informed of product and service knowledge. Ensure job is done to a Forbes and LQA standard.
