The Role:
- Providing detailed estimates and technical solutions for major lift projects and modernizations.
- Attending site surveys to determine functional requirements and producing technical reports.
- Delivering high-quality tender returns and quotations from leads and recommendations.
- Managing the "Customer Journey," ensuring professional communication from initial quote to project handover.
- Developing sales strategies and pricing matrices to improve margin and performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years within the Lift Industry is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: You must be comfortable conducting site surveys and identifying equipment upgrades.
- Commercial Drive: Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet volume/margin targets.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel/Word.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or Management is a plus but not essential.
